Kids Club is an After School provision in school term for primary school children in Years 4, 5 and 6 and we allow Year 3 children that have already turned 8 years old too. The sessions run from school pick up at 3.15pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday (Bank Holidays and Inset days are not covered). We are Ofsted registered. The registration number is 2658282 as Kids Club @ Orleans Park.

  • Sessions include multi sports activities, fun games, free play with friends, indoor activities and homework time (if they want to) each day.

  • Tea time meal and snacks are provided each day.

Registration

  • Each sign up will be based on an academic year and payments are taken in 3 monthly instalments per term, covering the full term. A half term’s notice (six weeks minimum) is needed if your child will not continue for the following term.

  • Priority will be given to children attending multiple days.

  • A one off registration/membership fee of £30 per child is required on registration.

  • The ‘Register Here’ link below will take you to the days of operation and registration. From here simply click on the ‘Info & Booking’ button for each day you wish your child/children to attend. This will create your booking in our system and your registration fee will be taken. We will then ensure your booking is correct and a confirmation/invoice will be sent. Your monthly payment will be taken on the 1st each month from the start of the new term, for the first 3 months of each term.

  • CHILDCARE VOUCHERS - we accept childcare vouchers from most service providers and from the government’s childcare scheme. Just contact us if you can’t find Kids Club @ Orleans Park School or The Rugby Universe on your provider’s system and we’ll set up an account with them so you can use your vouchers. If you prefer paying via this method we’ll invoice you based on your monthly payment plan and around the 20th of each month for payment due on the 1st of the month.

Activities

  • Sports Activities including tennis, football, foot tennis, rounders/t-ball, basketball, handball, volleyball, ring tennis, badminton, cricket, tag rugby, table tennis, netball, ultimate frisbee, four square, and a wide range of fun outdoor games. Occasionally we play nerf battles and have water fights.

  • Indoor activities include board games, arts and crafts, homework time and chill out space.

  • FREE PLAY, and lots of it, giving children a chance to have the freedom to play the games in their friendship groups they want to after busy days at school. The space is big and they love exploring the tree lined area, or they’ll do something indoors like crafting, building, playing board games or reading. We do watch the occasional movie too! Weather dependent.

Facilities

  • Kids Club is set within Orleans Park Senior School, Twickenham.

  • Indoor classroom space, with access to tennis courts, green space, sports field and wooded area.

Plenty of space to enjoy
